Billing/Collections Specialist

Express Care of Belleview is looking for a experienced Billing/Collector specialist to join our team Duties include but not limited to: -Answering patient questions regarding patient balances, copays, deductibles, etc.
-Run reports relating to patient accounts and resolves outstanding balances -Conduct other billing duties, such as verifications and authorizations -Resolve billing and customer credit issues -Possesses and applies a thorough knowledge of the practice management systems and the ability to apply the knowledge to all aspects of the patient account including insurance, billing, and collection processes.
Experience: -Ideal candidate must have a background in billing and collections in a healthcare setting.
