```Responsibilities:``` - Perform general accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions - Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support - Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices ```Requirements:``` - Strong Knowledge of QuickBooks - Strong knowledge in Excel - Construction Background is preferred - Proficiency in construction accounting principles and procedures - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and forecasts - Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes - Knowledge of tax regulations and experience in tax preparation - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting, we encourage you to apply for this position.
