Growing real estate business in need of Real Estate Property Assistant Excellent starting pay from $13/hour-$15/hour based on experience.
Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
Daily tasks include: Taking phone calls and communicating with potential tenants and current tenants.
Processing applications.
Interacting with field crews on a day-to-day basis.
Evaluating financial spreadsheet and data.
Providing updates to supervisors with recommendations based on maximizing revenue and lowering costs.
Working with insurance companies, legal teams and accountants to ensure they have up to date information for business needs.
