We are looking to expand our team to include an experienced and motivated cook with a passion for food prep and customer service! The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
This position requires a skilled cook who can work independently, or with a small team, in a fast paced, multitasking environment to take guest orders and prepare meals in accordance with established recipes.

*Schedule:* Mornings, Afternoons and/or Evenings.
Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
Cooks must be able to perform the following tasks:
* Follow health and safety guidelines, complying with all food sanitation requirements.
* Prepare sauces and ingredients for cooking by cutting, chopping, and mixing.
* Cook food by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods called for by recipes and to customer preferences.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area including washing dishes, cleaning counters, sweeping, and mopping floor.
* Ability to obtain a Safe Serve food handling certificate.
* Check for quality and presentation of all food orders.
* Ensure all foods are maintained within temperature control and food service standards per required regulations.
* Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and assist with guest orders and requests at the service window and over the phone.
* Monitor orders and communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
* Responsible for setting up the service area outside, check pricing on menu items, manages the supplies list, restocking beverages and food.
* Take guest orders and accept payments including receiving cash, providing correct change, and processing credit card transactions.
* Responsible for cash drawer and ensuring it is balanced at the end of the shift.
* Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
* Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
* All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
