*Job Summary*
*We are looking for an LPN Who is interested in a blend of face-to-face care and non-face-to-face case management care to join the team.
*
*Fulltime or part-time position is available.
*
*Must have experience and enjoy direct patient care as well as teaching patients*.
* Must have attended an accredited LPN program.
* Must be currently licensed/registered in the state of Florida.
Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
* Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
CPR certification must remain current during employment.
* Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
* Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
* Must perform proficiently in all competency areas, including but not limited to: direct nursing care, nursing leadership, patient rights, and safety and sanitation.
* Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
* Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.
* Must understand and follow company policies and compliance procedures.
* Must be comfortable using computers, and be able to work in a fast-paced PCP office
We offer Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, and a work schedule 4 days a week 7:30am - 6pm, Monday - Sunday.
