Looking for a well-rounded individual to fill the current part-time need to clean and maintain RV cleanings, laundry, clean and maintain residence, make beds, prepare meals/dinners, shopping, appointments, administrative tasks, and/or additional requests from the owner.

Responsibilities *Clean and organize residence, vehicles, RVs, property *Majority of time will be on residential property inside household Residence/RV units housekeeping & routine cleaning duties include (but are not limited to): *Properly laundering bedding, linens, rugs, etc.
*Properly laundering personal garments.
*Neatly and consistently fold laundry including fitted and top sheets *Sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens.
*Putting away clothing, or changing linens, make crisp, neat beds *Follow best cleaning and sanitation practices *Cleans, disinfect, and maintains kitchen, dishes, surface areas, and appliances.
*Clean and spot-check RVs, rooms, and common areas *Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, *Clean cabinets, walls, baseboards, etc.
*Empties and cleans wastebaskets, recycling, ensuring is out by road for pickup *Occasionally clean, feed, water guinea pig crate/area *Monitor and replenish consumables and cleaning products *Participate in cleaning or decluttering projects as required *Performs deep cleaning on a rolling basis as needed or required.
*Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
Creating healthy, vibrant & balanced meals with vegetables *Prep and make regular dinners with fresh ingredients *Prepare balanced meals which can be reheated at a later time *Meal planning and shopping prep, within a weekly/monthly budget *Shopping for food, supplies, and other items *Running errands and/or flexibility to drive the family as needed *Provide packing and unpacking for luggage, boxes, parcels, etc.
*Manage a variety of administrative duties such as household bills, mail, important dates or events, amount due, documentation with precision, filing, and reporting.
*Coordinate or schedule travel, quotes, reservations, appointments, maintenance, repair work, and ordering supplies for personal and professional needs *Drive vehicles to maintenance or repair appointments if needed *Bookkeeping *Project management *Potential oversight of finances, valuables, and trustworthiness *Creating and following a budget, pay bills, maintaining accurate records, and inventory of household or business purchases/expenses.
*Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
*Must be able to carry up to 50lbs.
*Must be able to stand, bend, sit for extended periods of time as required by the role.
Qualifications *Driver's license required *Experience following recipes or making tasty, well-balanced meals *Expertise in maintaining a clean environment, including deep cleaning *Extreme attention to detail *Ability to multi-task *No criminal record *Ability to pass a drug test *Must complete required documents to work in the USA (I-9) for W4/W9.
*Social media/marketing experience A PLUS! We have an opportunity for growth with the right, versatile individual to expand scope and hours.
This role is currently temporary, with some seasonal weeks between 10-35 hours/week has the potential to move to extended length or full-time with the right employment fit.
