is a professional, agile, customer-centric business, whose goal is to provide application support to families in need of acceptance in Florida's Long Term Care Medicaid Program.
We value each of our clients and strive to provide service the way WE would want to be treated! The Medicaid application process is time consuming and often extremely overwhelming.
Superior's staff works diligently navigating the application process, so families can focus their efforts on their loved one.
Work Schedule (29 hours weekly): - Monday, 9 am to 4:30 pm (1 hour lunch, from Noon to 1 pm) - Tuesday, 9 am to 4:30 pm (1 hour lunch, from Noon to 1 pm) - Wednesday, 9 am to 4:30 pm (1 hour lunch, from Noon to 1 pm) - Thursday, 9 am to 4:30 pm (1 hour lunch, from Noon to 1 pm) - Friday, 9 am to Noon Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files - Assist with data entry and order entry tasks as needed - Coordinate and manage calendars for appointments and meetings - Support office management duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlooks) - Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments - Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred - Familiarity with Medicaid (Long Term Care Program) is a plus - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
