Workman Transportation is currently seeking experienced, reliable, and safety-oriented Motor Coach Operators to join our growing team! If you have a passion for driving and providing exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Motor Coach Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our passengers travel safely and comfortably while enjoying a top-notch transportation experience.
We are looking for drivers to operate both Local daily charters and Over-The-Road (OTR) charters.
Responsibilities:
* Safely operate motor coaches for local daily charters and OTR charters
* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
* Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
* Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs and documentation
* Communicate with Management, as needed, to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* Valid CDL Class A or B license with Passenger endorsement
* At least 2 years of experience as a professional motor coach operator
* Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
* Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a strong commitment to safety
