Citrus Equipment is a local, independent small business of outdoor power equipment sales and service.
We are looking for a pickup and delivery driver to distribute our equipment from the sales and service departments to our customers.
Scheduling and navigating routes throughout Citrus County with our truck and trailer will be a daily duty.
We are looking for someone personable with great customer service skills.
When delivering new equipment, it is required to instruct customers on basic equipment starting, operating, maintaining and safety procedures.
Our lawn and garden equipment includes zero turn lawn mowers, walk behind lawn mowers, chain saws, trimmers, pressure washers, generators, and other outdoor power equipment.
*The responsibility of our driver is more than just transporting equipment, it involves constant customer service interactions.

*Must have a clean driving record, license, and be able to pass a background check.

We are looking to fulfill an hourly full time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
*Responsibilities*
* Pickup and deliver equipment to different addresses throughout the county
* Work somewhat independently to navigate and schedule
* Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery trailer and winch
* Be able to load broken equipment on repair pickup jobs
* Capable of lifting heavy equipment
* Provide support to other departments as necessary
* Collect payments and signatures on receipts as needed
* Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
* May need to periodically maintain delivery truck
*Skills*
* Prior working experience as a driver is preferred but not required
* Must have experience driving a truck with trailer
* Valid driver’s license required
* Organizational, scheduling, and time management skills
* Clean driving record with no traffic violations
* Must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.
