60A charge controller for use with 12V or 24V solar panel photovoltaic - $12 (Leesburg, Florida)

Leesburg is between Orlando and Ocala, and quite close to The Villages.
This is a new in box solar charge controller.
It is used between your 12V or 24V solar panels and your battery bank, to regulate charge voltage to the battery.
It can be used with either 12V or 24V systems.
Rated maximum current is 60 Amps, but I would suggest halving that, for longevity.
Two built-in 5V USB charging ports.
