Brand new, never used.
Uses the Total Connect 2.
0 app to connect to your device which must be set up by a professional/dealer.
If you already have a system that works with Total Connect 2.
0 you could add this camera.
I have other Resideo cameras which I set up myself and connect to my devices using the Resideo app and thought this camera would do the same since it is a Resideo camera, not the case.
I may possibly have access to a second brand new camera, same as above, if interested in two cameras.
