ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner, and directing to destination.
Answering multiple phone lines and directing or referring inquiries through proper screening of phone calls.
Managing the Color Line for clients.
Scheduling Fingerprints for clients.
Distributing faxes, mail, and legal documents to appropriate staff.
Ensuring that all visitors are signed-in/out.
Ensuring that the front area is locked and secured, and lobby area is neat and tidy.
Serves as back up to complete fingerprinting for clients and prospective employees.
Assist staff with the copier/printer and fax needs.
Notify supervisor when supplies are needed to complete job duties.
Work as member of the administrative team.
Model excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Maintain professionalism with diverse clientele who may demonstrate anger and frustration while seeking assistance.
Able to de-escalate.
Dependable and timely.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience
High school diploma and 2 years related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to work in a highly visible position and use effective interpersonal communication skills to respond to children and their families, and legal entities (i.
e.
judges, law enforcement, CLS etc.
).
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write concise reports within 24 hours of event or as required by program.
Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
High level of organizational skills.
