The role you’ll contribute:
Supervise the performance and behavior of all associates under their direction.
Ensure prompt and accurate service to customers through the supervision of appropriate associates.
Maintain and ensure sanitation of work areas.
Proactive management to ensure proper staffing and minimizing of overtime and over staffing.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
·Report cards monthly on Guest Service staff.
·Tray Audits monthly on Guest Service staff.
·Proper opening/closing procedures followed.
·Overtime controlled.
·Provide service resulting in patient satisfaction scores that are in the Top Box 20% range.
·Safeguards equipment & resources and ensures staff are handling/operating in a safe and conscientious manner.
·Supervise and ensure clean and sanitary food service at all times.
Follows all HACCP guidelines.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
·High School Diploma or equivalent
·1 Servsafe Training
·1 year experience
