Breakfast Opening Shift Managers are motivated early birds with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides superior service.
They take the lead to solve problems, seek help from others when appropriate and are willing to provide help and guidance to their team.
As a Breakfast Opening Shift Manager you will: * Work shifts beginning at 5:30am and ending around 2pm * Open the restaurant on time and rush ready.
* Supervise customer service during the Breakfast daypart.
* Execute a pattern of management to assess the restaurant, efficiently run shifts, coach employees, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Execute post rush activities to prepare restaurant for next shift.
* Manage and maintain register operator cash control.
* Ensure all restaurant cleanliness standards are met.
* Utilize food management systems to achieve food cost goals and ensure product quality.
* Maintain restaurant labor to goal on all shifts.
* Execute all safety and security policies and procedures.
* Adhere to all food safety guidelines.
