ObjectiveHealth is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic clinical research team in Ocala, FL.
The APP will play a pivotal role in advancing our research initiatives by providing comprehensive clinical care to study participants, managing study protocols, and collaborating closely with investigators, clinical research coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.

Essential Functions:
Clinical Care:
Provide comprehensive clinical care to research participants enrolled in clinical trials, including conducting physical assessments, performing diagnostic tests, and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Protocol Management:
Oversee the implementation and management of research protocols, ensuring adherence to study guidelines, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
This includes coordinating study visits, administering study interventions, and collecting and documenting study data accurately.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with principal investigators, research coordinators, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and adherence to study protocols.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, protocol modifications, and research outcomes.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records (EHR) and research databases, documenting all clinical assessments, interventions, and study-related activities in a timely manner.
Assist in data analysis and interpretation as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor and evaluate the quality and safety of research activities, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from an accredited program.
Current certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty area, such as internal medicine, oncology, cardiology, or neurology.
Prior experience in clinical research, including protocol management, data collection, and regulatory compliance, is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including patients, caregivers, researchers, and sponsors.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
