```Job Summary``` We are seeking a candidate who loves people but excels at administrative tasks! The Administrative/Office Assistant will provide support to our agents.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly smile and pleasant demeanor, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with frequently shifting priorities.
Must have good basic computer skills, good written and verbal communication skills, be learning-minded, be detail oriented, have reliable transportation and a Florida Driver License.
Real Estate Industry experience a plus.
Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5:30 Dress is business casual Please do not call or walk into the office regarding this job.
```Responsibilities``` - Manage the front desk, greet our agents and customers with a friendly smile and pleasant demeanor, in-person and on the phone - Data entry into multiple programs - Handle basic transaction coordination - Oversee transaction compliance and follow up with agents to make sure requirements are met.
- Help train agents on these requirements with a helpful, friendly attitude.
