I'm a very independent 69 year old woman with one indoor cat and two parakeets.
The woman with whom I've been renting since Dec 2022 is selling her home and I need to move ASAP.
I am open to relocating within 50 miles of Tavares, north or south.
My sole income is my SS, but it is ample enough and a guaranteed monthly income.
My budget is $550-$700 including utilities.
