House Share/Room
Putting this first and up front - I have an older cat and two happy parakeets.
I will not give them up.
They are my only "family.

I have been living/renting with a woman in Tavares since December 2022.
She has decided to put her house on the market and I need to relocate.
My lease is up April 17th.
I am a very independent 69 year old retiree.
I am quiet, clean and unobtrusive.
I have no family, no kids, no grands, no ex's and do not know anyone in Florida so there would be no visitors or drama.
My sole income is SS received on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, but it is an ample amount and guaranteed income.
I love to cook.
I share in household chores and clean up after myself.
My doctor is located in the Leesburg/Eustis area and I would like to stay close for office visits as I am familiar with the area.
I am not transient.
I am looking for a permanent home.
Not getting any younger and don't like moving! I am friendly and pleasant and a good companion if you are agreeable to that.
I am looking for a room with private bath of half bath.
House share, RV, small mobile home, etc.
