With a reputation for excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a *Client Care Coordinator.
* We are looking for a full-time team member who is smart and confident with the ability to multi-task and maintain a very busy and dynamic workload.
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for promoting sales and creating a positive identity for the company through exceptional customer service.
This employee conveys a strong need to win, does not give up, and is energized by developing and meeting annual sales goals.

* *Essential Functions* · Take new sales calls and explain the services we provide.
· Provide exceptional customer service and critical thinking for all clients and employees.
· Work closely with team members and clients to ensure ongoing client satisfaction · Ability to answer questions regarding medical services/products and pricing.
· Arrange for patients to receive medical services/products in a timely manner.
· Assist with in-home assessments as needed.
· Remain in continuous contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
· Help to create positive team atmosphere in the office and with caregiver team · Increase care hours with clients and gain market share · Assist marketing team with events and activities as needed.
