Project Superintendent

Oversee multiple projects in various locations.
Communicate with architect property owners.
Provide a schedule for each project and schedule all inspections and sub-contractors.
The employees will be responsible for jobsite cleanliness, and organization, The project superintendent will also be responsible for tracking all purchase orders and billings to assure that the projects are staying on budget and on time.
The project superintendent will be required to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
Qualifications - Strong background in construction management software, with proficiency in ProCore, and Builders Trend - Demonstrated experience in supervising construction projects, ensuring quality control, and adhering to budget constraints - Proficiency in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and interpreting schematics to effectively manage project requirements Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
