Roof Repair Technician

Responsibilities: - Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned - Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs - Repair and replace roofing materials - Build structures and perform general construction tasks - Estimate construction projects and materials needed - Assist with heavy lifting and moving of equipment or materials - Fabricate or modify components as needed Requirements: - Proven experience in all aspects of residential and/or commercial roofing - Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials - Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
