This individual is skilled in the operation of most hand tools, small and medium power tools, lasers, transits, building levels, compactors, backhoes, etc.
This individual possesses all required hand tools & power tools for the performance of his/her work or is willing to make a weekly payment towards these required tools.
This individual is able to productively work by him/herself as well as with one or more laborers/ helpers/ apprentices/ mechanics.
This individual maintains a high standard of safety, quality & respect on the job-site every day.
This individual is proficient pulling measurements from walls.
This individual is experienced in executing and completing all three phases of new construction plumbing.
This individual is capable of properly stocking & organizing their company provided vehicle.
