Position Overview: We are seeking skilled and dedicated Building Installers to join our team that covers an area from Jacksonville to Tampa Bay, although most jobs are located in central Florida.
As a Building Installer, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and installation of our prefabricated buildings on-site.
You will work collaboratively with other members of the crew to ensure that buildings are assembled safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
• Transport prefabricated building components to job sites.
• Assemble prefabricated building components according to manufacturer instructions and construction plans.
• Install walls, gables, trusses, windows, doors, and other structural elements.
• Ensure that all installations comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Provide assistance and support to other team members as needed and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in construction or carpentry, with specific experience in roofing, siding, framing preferred.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
• Strong carpentry skills and knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Pay:
• Team members are paid a generous piece rate.
Average gross is between $900-$1300 per week.
