*Process Management:* * Oversee the entire powder coating process, from preparation to curing * Ensure that powder coating equipment is properly set up and maintained * Monitor and adjust process parameters to meet quality and production targets.
*Quality Control:* * Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the consistency and quality of powder coating finishes * Conduct regular inspections of coated products to identify and address defects * Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve any quality issues.
*Safety Compliance:* * Enforce and promote a culture of safety within the powder coating line * Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions * Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment.
*Inventory Management:* * Manage inventory levels of powder coatings, consumables, and other supplies.
