Manufacturing Assembly Position (Electronics)
Various positions are available in manufacturing Electronic Assembly's.
We are looking for bright candidates with a great work ethic and punctuality.
Apply today for any of the following assembly positions.
Soldering:
Responsible for complete assembly of printed circuit boards performing a full range of tasks, which include prepping boards, mounting electronic components, inserting wires and soldering components and leads into eyelets or terminals manually or with automatic machine based on blueprints, wiring diagrams and assembly.
PTH Production:
Perform routine complete assembly of a full range of printed circuit boards, which includes mounting electronic components such as semiconductors, resistors and capacitors.
Insert wires and solder components and leads into eyelets or terminals manually or with an automatic machine.
Connect wire harnesses, Trim excess wire and clean boards with solvent.
Operate automatic wave solder machine to solder multiple connections on printed circuit boards.
Operate and maintain foam fluxes using a hydrometer to ensure specific gravity and resin ratio.
Operate preheater, checking solder levels and temperature.
Adjust conveyor and wave heights.
Check components for proper seating and soldering quality.
Load, unload and move parts; wash and clean equipment and tools; and drain and replace oils and solvents as prescribed.
