Pipe Layer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pipelayer to join our team.
As a Pipelayer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing underground pipelines for various construction projects.
This is a physically demanding role that requires experience in operating heavy equipment and working with concrete forming and pipe laser systems.
Duties: - Operate heavy equipment, including backhoes, front loader trucks, and bulldozers, to excavate and prepare trenches for pipeline installation - Lay pipes in trenches according to blueprints and specifications - Use pipe lasers to ensure proper alignment and grade of pipes - Connect pipes using welding or other joining methods - Install concrete forms around pipes to provide stability and support - Test pipelines for leaks and make necessary repairs - Backfill trenches and compact soil to restore the surface area - Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Requirements: - Proven experience as a Pipelayer or similar role in the construction industry - Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including backhoes, front loader trucks, and bulldozers - Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and pipe laser systems - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications - Strong understanding of pipeline installation methods and procedures - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Skills: - Backhoe operation - Concrete forming - Pipe laser operation - Front loader truck operation - Excavation and trenching techniques - Pipeline installation and repair - Welding (preferred) - Knowledge of oil and gas industry (preferred) We offer competitive pay based on experience.
