Our growing company is looking for a full-time maintenance and property manager to manage work orders, unit turns, and tenant communications.
This is a hands-on position working with a team both remotely and on site and reliable transportation and valid license is a must.

Currently we own and operate 68 units in Ocala FL and are adding another 26 units in Leesburg FL.
Our Leesburg property is waterfront and has an office and storage facility for materials.
This position is that of a full-time employee and the ideal candidate would be hard working, have positive relations with other team members and tenants, able to be efficient without constant oversight, capable with basic technology (using a phone camera, checking off work orders online, etc) and a problem solver.
The skills required would involve basic handyman skills such as painting, light plumbing and electrical, cabinet/vanity installation, light carpentry, and cleaning.
Daily and weekly tasks would include responding to work orders quickly, completing unit turns, clearing out and cleaning properties, move in and move out inspections, pest control, changing locks, putting notices on tenants’ doors, and coordinating with outside vendors as needed.
