LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, is seeking a reliable, motivated and proactive Window Department Supervisor.
In this position, the ideal candidate will utilize their experience, leadership and communication skills to oversee the operations of our Window Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all projects under the correct order number, delivery date and installation
Oversee production schedule; assign and oversee all projects
Lead the calculation and estimate costs and materials used for assigned projects
Meet and exceed all order deadlines
Assist in taking physical inventory
Enforce all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Coordinate with all supervisors on the preventative and emergency actions to avoid any operational delay
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times and resolve customer issues
All other duties as assigned
Experience Required:
Proven experience and knowledge in a supervisory or management role
2 years of experience in Window Department ordering and installation processes
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
In-depth knowledge of windows
Ability to utilize M/I, P.
G.
T, Jelowen Quoting Systems
Computer proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
