Traffic Control Products of FL has an opening for a Traffic Signal Installer or Foreman in its Leesburg Signal Division.
This position involves the installation of traffic signals, highway lighting infrastructure on the Florida Highway System.
99% of the time you will be in town.
Little to no out of town work.
The applicant must demonstrate professional competency in Traffic Signal technology and will perform installation activities in the field to ensure the successful implementation of each project.
Able to read and interpret construction plans and FDOT Specifications for correct installation of material.
Unique opportunity for an experienced Signal Installer to advance their career, or for an experienced Foreman.
EXPERIENCE - EDUCATION
Must have experience with installation of poles, span wire, control cables, signal heads, underground conduit, electrical service, controller cabinet, and all related materials.
The applicant should be experienced in the safe use of power tools, boom and bucket truck, and mini-excavator.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Florida Driver License(max 4-points); CDL license or permit desirable.
