Electrical Works is currently seeing an Electrician Helper/Laborer to join our crew.
You will strive to provide safe electrical system for a variety of customers.
*Responsibilities:*
* Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
* Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
* Digging, trenching, installing conduit, and pulling wire
* You will work in all phases of underground construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment
* Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
* Adhere to all quality and safety codes
* Perform daily inspections of vehicles and equipment
* You will hand dig using shovel, mechanical tools
* You will work in congested or remote areas
*Qualifications:*
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
* Able to work in extreme weather conditions
* Perform daily inspections of vehicles and equipment
* Able to climb, stoop, kneel, squat
* Maintain truck in orderly fashion
* Ability to travel a plus
* You will work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed
