Service Scheduler & Permits

Immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Scheduler for a busy electrical company.
Looking for a quick learner who can multitask, exhibit patience and have attention to detail.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus and permitting.
We are looking for someone who has high energy.
Must work well with others but also be able to work independently.
Scheduling background is a must.
Basic office and clerical skills, punctuality, and dependability a must! Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
Applicant must be able to use Microsoft Excel & QuickBooks invoicing.
