HVAC, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician

Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties - Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with air conditioning units - Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service calls - Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used - Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of air conditioning systems - Proficient in conducting equipment repairs and replacements - Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively - Experience in property maintenance or field service is preferred - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
