Subcontractor/Laborer

We are hiring IMMEDIATELY.
This position is specifically for someone with the ability to subcontract.
Someone who already has their own crew or can obtain their own crew quickly.
Someone who has their own tools and equipment and of course experience with references to perform remodeling projects.
We expect anyone who hopes to subcontract has their own standard license and standard liability insurance.
This opportunity is for local small businesses hoping to get into the world of new construction and reconstruction.
This is an endless opportunity, with many projects now and upcoming.
We currently have multiple units that need the installation of cabinetry and backsplash/ tile.
You will get assigned units as the materials come in and they are ready, you will need to know how to read the layouts.
Even if you have a small crew, we have been able to successfully run two man crews finishing two units a day each.
Even if you are a new business owner, and have a small crew it is still beneficial to us, so please don't miss this opportunity.
Your pay will be based off your production.

Responsibilities: - Perform various subcontracting tasks as assigned by the project manager or supervisor - Fabricate and install cabinets according to specifications - Caulk and seal joints and seams to ensure a watertight and airtight finish - Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks -Specifically the Ability to install cabinetry, simple backsplash, and handrails.
Skills: - Proficient in building and installing carpentry - Experience in cabinet installation and fabrication - Knowledge of caulking techniques for various surfaces - Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools and power tools used in construction - Competence in operating heavy equipment for construction purposes Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and skills.
Additional duties may be assigned based on project requirements.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $100,000.
