The right individual works with trade contractors in a team environment but also holds them accountable for providing quality workmanship within our scheduled time frames.
*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Conduct daily compliance inspections with trade contractors to confirm each stage of construction has been completed on schedule and according to predefined quality standards.
* Ensure prompt response to every customer’s question and concern.
· Confirm all job sites are kept in an organized and presentable manner.
