Estimator/Project Manager

Restoration Specialists is looking for a highly motivated individual for a *Estimator i*n our *Lecanto Office *.
This position requires the ability of interacting well with customers and peers.
Must have at least one year of experience in the construction industry preferably in the restoration industry.
Responsibilities: * Estimate restoration/renovation using Xactimate and/or Symbility.
* Maintain and develop relationships with insurance adjusters, owner and property managers.
* Respond to emergency service calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
Manage emergency/repair services * Maintain customer relations, accurate documentation through completion of job.
* Manage projects ensuring timelines and profit margins are met.
