*Job Description*
As a Skid Steer Operator / Site Work Technician you will be responsible for providing high quality service and customer service to our customers.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Operate track skid steer machinery efficiently and safely.
- Conduct grading, light land clearing, site work, and pad preparation tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
- Assist in maintaining machinery and performing basic repairs.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
- Interpret site plans and project drawings as needed.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in operating track skid steers.
- Demonstrated skill in grading, light land clearing, site work, and pad preparation.
- Knowledge of operational safety and maintenance requirements for heavy machinery.
- Ability to read and understand project plans and drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
