Experienced Cabinet Shop Help

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Shop Help to join our team.
As a Cabinet Shop Help, you will be responsible for assisting in the production and assembly of custom cabinets and fixtures.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.
Duties - Assist in the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinets and fixtures - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Operate various woodworking tools and machinery - Sand, stain, and finish cabinets to meet quality standards - Install hardware, such as hinges and handles, on finished cabinets - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements - Previous experience in cabinet making or woodworking is required - Proficient in using woodworking tools and machinery - Knowledge of different types of wood and their characteristics - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Relocate: * Lecanto, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
