Mixer Operator

Starting Wage: $20.
00 per hour ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Ensure mixer and bullet are clean and continually remain in safe and efficient operating condition.
Maintain adequate materials such as rock, sand, cement, admixture and fly ash.
Ensure concrete mixes meet 100% total quality requirements; complete all required reports timely and accurately; inform proper personnel of any quality problem that needs resolving.
Maintain accurate and current reports as required.
Monitor batch plant cleanliness.
Work with the maintenance department on all preventative maintenance of the mixer/batch plant; perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
Have aggregate bins full and ready for production daily.
Ensure that all company safety regulations and policies are followed at all times.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of: Thorough knowledge of all aspects of concrete batching technology, equipment, method and safety is required.
Skills in: Working computer knowledge; including applicable Microsoft software.
Ability to: Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
