We are currently looking for someone who is capable in performing HVAC Maintenance on residential and light commercial applications.
You will be required to service a wide range of applications include air conditioners, heat pumps, Gas/AC systems, package systems and light commercial units.

JOB DUTIES:
* Perform and complete all necessary work related to preventative maintenance on air handlers, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, package systems and light commercial applications.
* Identify/Maintain different types of systems including 1-Stage systems, 2-Stage Systems, and Variable Speed/Communicating Systems.
* Troubleshoot and complete basic HVAC Repairs including capacitors, thermostats, contactors, and other repairs.
* Troubleshoot and complete Complicated HVAC Repairs including replacing evaporator coils, condenser coils, and compressors.
* Identify refrigerant leaks.
* Upsell repairs, IAQ, and new systems when a customer asks for a quote.
* Good customer service & Communication skills
* Residential & Commercial Experience is a must
* You Must own your own complete set of tools
* Good Attitude & Teamwork skills Required
* EPA CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
* VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN BACKGROUND REQUIRED
