Plumbing Field Trainer

Plumbing Trainer Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for an individual with the following skills to serve as a Full-Time Plumbing "in the field" Trainer Responsibilities Help develop the skills, abilities and knowledge needed to be successful in the Plumbing field.
Prepare and integrate hands on training in the field.
Manage, track, and maintain all records of training.
Assist recent graduates to help them transition from school to field work.
Collaborate with division managers to identify training needs for current and future employees.
Maintain knowledge of and enforce company safety rules and procedures.
Requirements: Bilingual strongly preferred.
