*We are hiring an office administrator!!!*
*$15.
00 to $17.
00/hour*
The Office Administrator is responsible for all administrative tasks pertaining to the branch.
*REPORT ING RELATIONSHIP*
The Office Administrator reports to the Corporate Administration Manager.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Review and enter orders and completed jobs in BF Retail and Navision.
* Prepare daily bank deposit.
* Update BF Retail and Navision with all deposit and payment related data.
* Track accounts receivable and conduct collections activities.
* Prepare and maintain petty cash expenses and replenishment reports.
* Prepare payroll and submit manager-approved information to payroll department.
* Update BF Retail with all-time reporting data, commissions, special payments and deductions.
* Prepare and submit time sheets to head office.
* Prepare all orders for goods from the factory and outside vendors for the manager’s approval.
* Reconcile factory and vendor packing slips with original order forms.
* Prepare count sheets for inventory.
* Prepare the Weekly Installation Schedule for the manager’s review.
* Prepare financial and operational reports from BF Retail and Navision for manager as required.
* Prepare and submit to bookkeeping service all information necessary for the preparation of monthly financial statements.
* Schedule vehicle maintenance.
* Handle routine correspondence.
* Attend and participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessions.
* Abide by all Bath Fitter policies and procedures.
* Adhere to all Bath Fitter safety policies and procedures.
* Realize the Office Administrator’s role as the personal representative of Bath Fitter while on the job and act accordingly.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
