The Company offers high earning potential with a base and potential compensation for performance.
Our current *Restoration/Mitigation Estimators' *yearly pay range is *$67,000 to $80,000 *depending on their production.
There is a potential bonus based on performance requirements.

*Restoration/Mitigation Estimator's Responsibilities include:* * Support the Company mission, vision, and core values.
* Respond to property insurance damage claims to prepare Xactimate estimates.
* Communicate with insurance adjusters and policyholders to establish a scope of work.
* Negotiate restoration and mitigation services and insurance claim settlements.
* Effectively promote the Company brand.
* Maintain professional relationships with managed repair programs, insurance adjusters, and referral partners.
*Ideal Candidates for the Restoration/Mitigation Estimator Position will possess:* * Proven damage restoration estimating skills using Xactimate software.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Working knowledge of residential construction.
* Intermediate computer skills with estimating software and Microsoft programs.
* Extensive Xactimate estimating experience with a restoration company.
* IICRC restoration and mitigation certifications.
*Restoration/Mitigation Estimator's Experience:* * Property damage repair and restoration- 2 years (preferred).
* Xactimate estimating - 2 years (preferred).
* Construction estimating- 2 years (preferred).
* Construction project management- 2 years (preferred).
