SOLAR INSTALLERS NEEDED

Job description We are looking for highly experienced installation technicians to join our team at Lotus Energy and Solar.
As an installation technician, you will be responsible for installing solar panel systems for commercial and residential clients, ensuring all systems meet our strict safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities: - Install solar panel systems on rooftops or ground-mounts - Ensure all systems are safely and correctly installed according to specifications and requirements - Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure timely completion of projects - Conduct regular maintenance check-ups and repairs on installed systems - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with installed systems Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience installing solar panel systems - Knowledge of electrical and construction safety guidelines - A strong mechanical aptitude - Ability to work in all weather conditions - Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on ladders - Good communication and teamwork skills - A valid driver's license and dependable transportation If you meet the above requirements and are dedicated to providing high-quality installation services, we encourage you to apply.
