12, 2023 Description:Are you interested in working at an exciting, award winning manufacturing site? Lockheed Martin MFC Ocala Operations is now hiring for a Multi Functional Manufacturing Manager.
Lockheed Martin's Ocala site is a multi-shift manufacturing facility that builds circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro- assemblies.
The facility currently has over 1200 employees and provides products to six Missiles and Fire Control sites.
Ocala specializes in both low volume, high mix, and high volume production that has a combination of automated processes as well as labor-intensive manufacturing.
Ocala Operations has a represented manufacturing workforce that is supported by a strong engineering and operations support team.
Responsibilities Include: Ability to lead, manage, and build respectful working relationships in a Represented (Union) workforce environment with operators, customers, and site cross-functional management.
Motivate and energize a large cross- functional team with positive leadership and communication skills.
Responsible for day-to-day program execution and performance, status reporting.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cost and schedule performance.
Develop and manage budgets, cost, quality, and schedules for assigned production area.
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation.
Create a culture that ensures accountability and trust while ensuring compliance with Company Policies & Procedures.
Recognize and reward superior individual performance and effectively addresses poor performance issues.
Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Must be a U.
S Citizen and have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Must have demonstrated ability to lead teams and experience with project/program management Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments Ability to understand budget for the department and budget performance Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on operations metrics Must have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance Desired Skills: Prefer a degree that focuses in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering.
Master's degree in a related field AGMS program leadership background and or functional support experience (Hellfire, JAGM, Launcher) SAP Experience Make/buy Experience Non-Recurring Planning and Execution First Unit Flow Planning Cable & Harness, Circuit Card & Electro Optical Assy Experience Manufacturing Engineering Experience Production Supervision Experience Production Planning and Control Experience Experience working in a Union Environment Experience with Lean Manufacturing Cost Management Experience Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
