_*We are looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Manager to build a Sales team in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Hernando and Pasco Counties! Recruiting and training salespeople on the residential roofing and solar!*_
-Develop your sales team to be able to generate their own leads
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Sell your own leads/jobs for hire commission
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and offer training and development opportunities ( future: after developing a sales team)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
*```Requirements```*
- Proven experience as a Roofing Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive business growth
- Experience in business development, outside sales, or technology/technical sales is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
