```Duties```
- Operate and control heavy equipment such as graders, bulldozers, backhoes, and water trucks
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment, specifically graders
- Proficient in the operation of Caterpillar graders and other related equipment
- Knowledge of grading techniques, slope specifications, and road construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in various weather conditions
