Fully License Home Inspector available to work weekdays and weekends.
Pay starts at 40% of each inspection completed.
Must be knowledgeable in Wind Mitigation, 4 Point Inspections, and Roof Certification to start.
Full Home Inspection and WDO are preferred but not required.
English speaking, and Spanish speaking as well is a plus.
Must show proof of your license.
AREAS WE NEED HELP IN:
You will NOT be sending your own reports.
You just need to inspect the home.

You will not need to speak to clients directly, nor schedule your own appointments.
The office will be in communication with all cliental, sending reports, and in charge of collecting payments.
