We specialize in delivering top-quality construction projects throughout Central Florida, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring timely and efficient execution of their work.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
Conduct regular project inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and monitor project reports, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing best practices.
Travel throughout Central Florida to different project sites.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on HVAC and plumbing systems.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record required.
