We are looking for a Housing Under Construction Field Assistant to join our team! You will support the team from the field in planning, programming, monitoring, supervision and implementation of the project.
Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.
Fix any extra details in the finishing of the houses.
Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors.
Interact with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Some paperwork at the county office.
Ratings:
Previous experience in construction or other related fields.
Familiarity with construction management software.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proactivity and detail orientation.
Spanish and English languages
