HVAC Change Out and Trim Installer

We are currently looking for a change out and trim installer or two man crew.
Must have your own tools and at least two years of experience.
We pay a flat $400 per change out (two man crew, each $200 for a total of $400).
Average change out takes around 5 hours for an hourly rate of $40 per hour.
The trim is piece rate.
Trim includes installing the air handler, condenser and grills on a finished house.
If you know how to do a complete change out, we can teach you pretty quickly how to do a trim.
We have been in Ocala for nearly 35 years and on average, our employees have been with us for 10 plus years.
